We are pleased to announce a new workshop designed to support international students: "Break the Loop"
This is for you if:
- you struggle to stay focused on your studies and feel overwhelmed
- you frequently worry about what might happen next
- you feel stuck under the pressure to "get it right"
- you are curious about what drives your overthinking and how to cope with it
The workshop will be led by psychologists from the SInAPSi Center and will take place on Wednesday, March 4, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at the Sinapsi offices in Via Porta di Massa, 1 (Complesso Universitario di San Pietro Martire), Building C – Mezzanine Floor, Naples.
The workshop will be held in English.
