Coordination meeting in Napoli

 
 


The INSTALL III International Meeting was held in Naples on June 28th -30th 2012.  Representatives from SINAPSI (Italy), University of Seville (Spain), National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (Romania), Aarhus University (Denmark) and National University of Ireland Maynooth attended the meeting.

The participants discussed the current stage of the project and focused on the future activities. The main  topics approached were: 1) finalization of Baseline Report, taking into consideration the suggestions of the External Quality Assurance Committee; 2) modeling breakdown and steps to improve the Operational Manual; 3) Test and Validation breakdown and adaptation of the Toolkit to the national educational context; 4) Quality Assurance breakdown and ways to improve management procedures and tools in order to ensure effective coordination and collaboration among the Partners; 5) Dissemination breakdown, with focus on the dissemination of the training course.


Concerning the Internal evaluation, the Consortium insisted on the importance of the following three issues in order to optimize the project activities to be developed during the following months: 1) All Partners should respect the deadlines of the activities scheduled in the action list; 2) All Partners should participate in the International Meetings and Skype conferences, and maintain regular communication by email, including quick responses to emails received; 3) All the Partners should approach their tasks with responsibility.
