The Administrative Secretary's office oversees all the accounts and administrative acts, following
general University rules. The specific activities of the Secretary's office are:
a) Predisposition of the provisional balance and of the consumptive annualreport;
b) Management, verification and supervision of administrative activities that affect the financial balance;
c) Management, verification and supervision of negotiation activity; management and treasury of the funds for minor expenses and supervision of fund activity;
d) The recording of financial activity and inventory management.
