What we offer

Self-Management
A workshop designed to help international students to adjust to the challenges of the academic life in a new country. It’s an opportunity to reflect on the tools that students are already using and eventually acquiring new skills. This workshop aims to work on the following transversal strategic skills: strategies for motivation in one’s training and professional projects; strategies for effective time management; strategies for achieving goals; strategies for creating a social support network and strategies for problem-solving. Working in group provides peer support, helps to feel less isolated, to gain self-awareness through feedback, and to relate to others with similar struggles. This workshop is held in English and consists of a cycle of 3 to 5 meetings lasting approximately two hours each.

Break the Loop
A workshop designed to help international students understand and manage overthinking, improve focus, and cope with academic and personal pressure. Participants will explore the causes of this phenomenon and reflect together on more constructive approaches. This workshop is held in English and consists of a single meeting lasting approximately two hours.

Individual Psychological Consultation (CPSU) The individual psychological consultation consists of a cycle uo to four meetings with a clinical psychologist with the possibility of a follow up at a later date. Its main purpose is to support students with the emotional difficulties they are experiencing with respect to personal or academic life. The consultations are offered both in English and Italian.
